Billing questions
What counts as an AI request?
One question to the chat, one run of the selector, or one generated material concept. Browsing the knowledge base and running structure searches do not count — those are free and unmetered on every plan.
What happens when I run out?
The AI modules pause until the next monthly reset, or you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and the knowledge base keeps working.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The free plan needs an email address and nothing else.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your prompts and results are used to serve your session and your saved history, not to train models.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly and cancel at the end of the current billing period. The Free tier stays available afterwards.
